For the last 3 days, I've been pulling 12 hr shifts attempting to reconcile the accounts for all 180 rooms of the hotel.  Most of them are ok or easy fixes, but there are a few accounts that are just driving me insane!  One of the accounts is more than $7000 off balance and, check this, it's BECAUSE of our tech support agent!  I'm glad they got me ( Read more... )
